PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

PAYMENT: Payment is due 5 business days before the event. If this is not possible please feel free to contact CAST Canada to make arrangements.
TRANSFERS: Registration can be transferred to another staff member at any time, without notice. Registration cannot be transferred to another workshop.
CANCELLATION:
…..At least two weeks prior to event – 100% refund subject to a v $25 administrative fee
…..2 weeks to 3 days prior to event – 80% refund subject to a $25 administrative fee
…..Cancellation deadline is 3 days prior to event – No refunds can be offered after the deadline.
CAST Canada reserves the right to cancel workshops due to under-enrollment, work stoppages, instructor illness or inclement weather. If a workshop is canceled, CAST Canada is responsible for refunding only the tuition payment.
