PAYMENT AND
CANCELLATION POLICY:
PAYMENT: Payment is due 5
business days before the event.
If this is
not possible please
feel free to contact CAST Canada to make
arrangements.
TRANSFERS: Registration can be
transferred to
another staff member of the same organization
at any time, without notice. Registration cannot be
transferred to another workshop.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
At least two weeks prior to event
- 100% refund subject to a
$25 administrative fee
2 weeks to 5 days prior to event - 80% refund subject to a
$25 administrative fee
Cancellation deadline is 5 business days prior to event - No refunds
can be offered
after the deadline.
CAST Canada reserves the right to cancel
workshops due to under-enrollment, work stoppages, instructor
illness
or inclement weather. If a workshop is canceled, CAST Canada is
responsible for refunding only
the tuition payment. .
